Artisan of the Wasteland

In Base 72, Jasper is dismissed as useless—his ability rank too low. Then he discovers his power can also repair corrosion. Absorbing a black crystal boosts his rank and grants him a deadly pulse cannon. He rises through the ranks, resolves a rival base's conflict, and takes over Base 72 as its leader, guiding its people to a new life.
