Blood and Dust: The Last Rider

Ten years ago, the captain of the Federal Cavalry, Eli, was framed by warlord Dirk in collusion with high-level officials and exiled to wasteland on charges of treason. After ten years of dormancy, he returned to Nikko Town and witnessed Dirk slaughtering the townspeople to seize high-purity mineral veins. Eli joined forces with his former henchman Karen and ranger Lena to rise up in rebellion and collect evidence of exoneration. During the final battle, Karen sacrificed her life to blow up the enemy line, while Eli killed Dirk and was exonerated. However, she refused to be persuaded by the Federation and returned to the desert alone.
