紹介: Vera Moretti, notorious for her temper, enters a contract marriage with widowed Alpha commander Dante Rossi, becoming his second Luna. Discovering that his two daughters have long suffered abuse from their relatives, she fiercely protects them, exposes the family’s schemes, and teaches the girls to fight back. She also uncovers that the relatives have squandered Dante’s military pay and the money saved for his daughters’ marriages. Dante returns, supports her, settles the accounts, and establishes a separate household. Vera then learns that Dante always knew she was kind beneath her fierce exterior. He married her to protect his daughters and break free from his relatives. She demands freedom and mutual independence; he admits his manipulation and agrees. After moving south, they grow closer. Dante apologizes and confesses his feelings, and their contract marriage becomes true love. They later have a son and a daughter. Both stepdaughters grow up to choose their own husbands, while their rooms are always kept for them: marriage will never mean losing their home.
