Introduction: Avril Jepsen enters the book to cure a terminal illness and has a son, Josh Snow, with the male lead, Mitch Snow. But when Josh and Hannah Reed stop her from marrying Mitch, Avril leaves, causing Josh and Mitch to fall into darkness.
