The Lion God Won't Let Me Go - Episode 35

Introduction: Leora, a fallen noblewoman orphaned and left with nothing, is forced to become a sacrifice to save her younger sister. At the brink of death, her blood awakens Arkan, a Lion God sealed away for a thousand years. Cursed with a deadly, bone-deep frost poison, Arkan finds relief only in Leora's warmth. He brands her with the mark of his divine wife before all and forces her to remain by his side, giving her seven days to consummate their divine marriage and break the curse. But their wedding night will also mark the moment his poison transfers entirely to Leora, freezing his mortal bride to death. Torn between genuine affection and cruel manipulation, Leora pretends to submit and draws close to his heart. The instant she melts his icy defenses, she strikes without hesitation, driving a hairpin into him. In this tragic romance between god and mortal, where one life must be traded for another, can either of them escape their deadly fate?
